These terms explain how Tapline pages, NFC links, analytics, and support are provided. Effective July 28, 2026.
The service
Tapline provides hosted business profile pages, NFC destinations, review links, link management, optional WiFi information, and usage analytics. Features may change as the service improves.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate business information, have permission to use uploaded logos and images, keep account credentials private, and avoid unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful content. You are responsible for links and offers published on your page.
Access, payment, and suspension
Access and physical display products are provided according to the plan or invoice agreed with Tapline. We may pause an account or page for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or unlawful content. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you when practical.
Availability and liability
Tapline is provided on a best-effort basis. Hosting, network, or third-party outages can interrupt access. To the extent allowed by law, Tapline is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party services, customer reviews, or business results.
