You can request deletion of an account, business page, uploaded media, links, and analytics associated with it.
How to request deletion
Contact Tapline through the Tapline support page from the account email or provide enough information to verify ownership. Include the business name and public page URL.
What happens next
We verify the request, disable public access where appropriate, delete the account and business records, and remove hosted media. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Backups and records required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or law may be retained for a limited period before secure deletion.
Physical cards
Deletion of online records does not erase an NFC chip. Destroy or rewrite the physical card separately so it no longer points to the old URL.
