This notice describes the information Tapline uses to operate business pages and provide support. Effective July 28, 2026.
What we collect
We collect account name, email, password hashes, business content, uploaded media URLs, links, optional contact details, WiFi settings, session records, and page events. Event records may include referrer and user-agent information for security and aggregate analytics.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate owners, publish pages, attribute NFC visits, show analytics, prevent abuse, send requested password-reset messages, and provide customer support. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
Tapline may use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and media storage, and Resend or another email provider for password resets. We retain account and business records while the service is active and delete them according to a verified deletion request, except where retention is required for security, disputes, or law.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information. Contact Tapline through Tapline support page and include the business name and account email so we can verify the request.
